General building, windows, plumbing and plastering work.

Refurbishing a bungalow, we needed a tradesman to undertake the jobs we aren't confidant of doing ourselves. On recommendation we asked for quotes on multiple jobs. Ian arrived when planned and provided the written quotes within the week. The quotes were competitive, so we went ahead with the first job. Again, Ian turned up when planned and completed the work in the time-scale advised and at the cost quoted. Ian is very professional, courteous, amenable and the quality of the work is excellent. We were so pleased, we have asked him to undertake all of the remaining jobs. Highly recommended!

Repairs to concrete pad

We demolished a garage to use its base as the foundation for a 4m x 4m shed we were having built in our garden. However, once we assessed the garages concrete pad, we found it uneven and damaged in places. Having used Ian before, we asked his advice on the remedial work. He suggested shuttering the existing base and levelling with new concrete, after first priming the base to increase adhesion. Having agreed on a price, Ian completed the work in a day and we now have a base that is sound, even and ready for our shed. On time, at the price and as helpful as ever, we'll definitely use again.

Roof slates replaced, ridge tiles renewed, felt work to all flat roofs renewed, eave trays fitted.

A full renewal of all roof area's, cleaned and re pointed where required. Job planned in and managed with all replaced items tided away each night, no disruption. A full run down prior to the job starting, recommendations on what would need doing and honest about all aspects. Would use again and will be recommending to others.

I had to wait a few months from getting the quote to starting the job but being fully booked is the sign of a good tradesman and well worth the wait. The work was absolutely top notch. He kept in constant communication with me throughout, the job was finished earlier than expected and on budget. The work was done with the minimum of fuss and he cleared up everyday. The work was completed to a high standard and I am delighted with the finished results. If I need any work doing in the future I will definitely be calling Ian.
